Terms and Conditions
These general terms govern the relationship between Lifeora (hereinafter "the Provider") and its clients (hereinafter "the Client").
1. Services
The Provider offers web development services, website creation, web and mobile applications, and related services. The details of the services are defined in the quote accepted by the Client.
2. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. The order is considered firm after written acceptance of the quote and payment of the required deposit.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated, a 30% deposit is required upon order. The balance is due upon delivery. Invoices are payable within 15 days. Any late payment incurs late payment penalties.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times are given for information purposes. The Provider undertakes to inform the Client of any foreseeable delay.
5. Warranty
A 3-month warranty is included after delivery, covering bugs and malfunctions related to the initial development.
6. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Client. The Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
7. Intellectual Property
The Client becomes the owner of custom developments after full payment. Tools and frameworks used remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Termination
In case of termination by the Client, amounts paid remain with the Provider as compensation.
9. Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
